Komunikat burmistrza Szklarskiej Poręby w sprawie organizacji pracy Urzędu miejskiego
W związku ze znaczącym wzrostem zakażeń wirusem SARS-CoV-2, powodującym chorobę COVID-19 uprzejmie informujemy, że od
15 października 2020 r. do odwołania
obsługa bezpośrednia interesantów w Urzędzie miejskim w Szklarskiej Porębie nie będzie realizowana.
Wejście do budynku będzie możliwe wyłącznie po wcześniejszym kontakcie telefonicznym. Prosimy, o ile to możliwe, załatwiać sprawy przez telefon, e-pocztę lub platformę e-PUAP. Urzędnicy pozostają do Państwa dyspozycji w godzinach pracy urzędu. We wszystkich sprawach należy kontaktować się z nimi telefonicznie lub e-pocztą. W uzasadnionych przypadkach będzie wyznaczana indywidualna godzina przyjęcia, tak by ograniczać kontakty osobiste do niezbędnego minimum.
